We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting staff to join our dynamic team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Oversight: Regularly check and monitor bank balances. Assist the Accountant in preparing online payments to foreign agents.

Account Management: Maintain and update agents’ accounts. Record-keeping and tracking of emails related to accounting activities. Coordinate and communicate effectively with resorts, agents, and sales staff as needed.

Teamwork and Support: Provide assistance to colleagues with accounting tasks to promote teamwork in a friendly working environment.

General Accounting Duties: Handle all activities related to the Accounting Department. Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Employer.

Adherence to Leadership Instructions: Work under the instructions of the CEO, Financial Controller, or any senior employee assigned by the CEO. Ensure efficient operation of the company as an ongoing business.

Resource Responsibility: Ensure that all facilities provided by the Employer are used exclusively for the benefit of the company.

Liability and Accountability: Be responsible for avoiding calculation errors or other mistakes that may result in financial losses for the Employer. Cover any financial losses caused by errors made during the execution of duties.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience working in the tourism or hospitality industry.
Familiarity with international payment systems and regulations.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in calculations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Commitment to confidentiality and ethical behavior in handling financial matters.
