Job Title: Ticketing & Outbound Travel Executive

Job Description (Short Version):
We are seeking a detail-oriented Ticketing & Outbound Travel Executive with at least 2 years of prior ticketing experience and strong English communication skills. Responsibilities include managing domestic and international flight ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds; supporting customers with travel bookings; coordinating outbound travel packages with airlines, hotels, and partners; and maintaining accurate booking records and reports. The role also involves administrative support, service delivery, compliance with airline regulations, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications:

High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Tourism or related field preferred)

Minimum 2 years of ticketing experience

Multilingual with good English communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office and Google tools

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
