We are Hiring! HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Develop clear and engaging job descriptions.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment trends and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in remote hiring is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
